BOLGATANGA EAST DCE HANDS OVER 150 METALLIC DUAL DESKS TO GES FOR ONWARD DISTRIBUTION TO SCHOOLS

The District Chief Executive (DCE)  Hon. Albert Agana  has handed over 150 metallic dual desks to the District Education Directorate for onward distribution to public schools in the district on Friday, 13^th September 2024. In a brief remark, the DCE thanked GETFund for given the district furniture to augment the furniture deficit of the government schools.  and he prayed for more of such support from GETFund to the district. He pleaded with the district  education directorate to ensure that all beneficiary schools make effective use and adopt good maintenance culture to ensure that the furniture’s last long. Mr. Goerge Asira, District Education Director (DED), expressed gratitude to the DCE and Assembly for supporting government basic schools with furniture and appealed for more support. He added that his directorate would ensure that all the schools going to benefit from the distribution of the furniture’s would be made to adopt a strict maintenance culture. Below is a proposed distribution list of the 150 metallic dual desk to 18 primary schools in the Bolgatanga East District;
